*To apply for the rate of the Residents & Fellows registration, please provide your institute proof or certificate for approval while signing up for the account in the registration system.
Photo Release Policy
Registration implies agreement with Congress photo/video release policy which allows the Congress photographer, videographer and invited media contacts to photograph or videotape participants at the meeting and publish the footage in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials related to the meeting.
Methods of payment
Payments should be made by credit card in the registration system.

Official Invitation
That the official invitation letter will be available to download via the registration system after the registration is made.

Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and Unforeseen Circumstances
- All cancellations of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the Congress Secretariat by email at reg@apwa2024.org.Cancellation or Transfer of registration received on or before August 31, 2024: 100% refund (deduct an administration fee of less a US$ 50). Cancellation or Transfer of registration received after September 1, 2024, will not be accepted.
- Paid registration fee is not refundable after the stipulated date for whatever reasons including failure of obtaining VISA. Refund for cancellations will be made within three months after the Congress.
